60m x 25m All weather arena, 5' fully fenced with a eco-freindly Silica Sand & Wood fiber surface - The arena was constrcuted in 2009 and it has proven to be extreamly hard wearing, not deep or slippy it has not 'yet' frozen, flooded or become dusty. Flood lights are avaliable in the winter months at no extra cost to our livery clients.

Arena hire = £15 per hr. up to 4 horses. TLAP/Savvy club members = £10 per hr.

We are situated on a private drive with direct acess to a local resivior great for a quick leg strech, or some in hand grazing or playing on the slopes !

OFF ROAD HACKING ~ 2012 also brings a short (20 mins) off road hacking route directly from the farm amoungst the sheep pasture.
