Farm Fresh Lamb, fully traceable britsh lamb fresh from field to the butcher. Avaliable in easy to handle freezer vacume packs and jointed in a variety of ways.

Our lambs are reared on our Farm just outside Southam, Warwickshire. We have carefully selected the breed type and quality of our rambs (http://www.texel.co.uk) and ewes to produce  the perfect lean and full taste butcher’s lamb. The majority of our lambs are 80% texel  and are finished slowly on well established sweet clover paddocks.
                                                                                                                                                                   Being a small non-intensive farm, we are able to take great care to ensure the individual welfare of all of our flock, thus we are able to deliver  good quality british lamb which is fully traceable from birth to butcher. All our breeding flock is fed on non GM feed and as a result our lamb is amongst the tastiest you'll find locally, we butcher in conjunction with customer demand enabling you to put  fresh wholsome lamb, straight into your freezer or on your table.

We mostly sell our lamb in whole or halfs, jointed as requested, which enables you to enjoy all the cuts you know and love as well as cuts that often get  overlook  as customers have become unfamiliar with their value, taste and use.

Half Lamb Box:  All the meat in a half box is cut from a single side of Home Farm Lamb and is packed ready to freeze for up to six months.

Before butchering, half a lamb weighs approximately 36-40kg. For an idea of space allowance in your freezer half a lamb jointed would fill one good sized supermarket shopping bag.

Rib rack (7-8 ribs)

Neck Fillet / Scrag End of Neck (the sweetest meat on the lamb brilliant done in the slow cooker)          Belly

Whole Lamb box:  As with the half lamb, this is a great way to save money and try new cuts of meat. Why not have one side cut into joints (see half lamb box) and the other into steaks for a really versatile selection of meat.
